About what I would have guessed.

The first peak follows is the wave of immigration of my own ancestors, with no numerical restrictions by nationality.

Followed by a period of increasingly strict limitation, followed (in 1965) by more or less the current legal framework.

Finally back to normal. :BigGrin3:
