Huh, Mercury has an atmosphere.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atmosphere_of_Mercury
Mercury has a very tenuous and highly variable atmosphere (surface-bound exosphere) containing hydrogen, helium, oxygen, sodium, calcium, potassium and water vapor, with a combined pressure level of about 10−14 bar (1 nPa).[2] The exospheric species originate either from the Solar wind or from the planetary crust. Solar light pushes the atmospheric gases away from the Sun, creating a comet-like tail behind the planet.
For reference, what we call "Ultra-high vacuum" is "pressures lower than about 10−7 pascal or 100 nanopascals (10−9 mbar, ~10−9 torr)".

So it's pressure that is 100 times lower than "Ultra-high vacuum" that you could achieve in a vacuum chamber. It really doesn't have a permanent atmosphere so much as something closer to the tail of a comet.

Mexico (unlike the others you mentioned) is non-Communist and a democracy.

I mean by the same definition the USA would be a democracy, so chop me no logic about what a democracy is.

Although you cannot see it at this scale, neither New York City nor Chicago are majority black, in spite of having larger black populations in raw numbers.

Also, there is a lot of clustering in the Midwest not shown, due to it being on the arbitrary level of a "city" (variously defined in different states) rather than county (as easy to track as city), zip code (easiest to track on the neighborhood level), or congressional district (roughly the same population from one to another).
