Leaving Rhode Island

Post by Bruce » Sat Jun 02, 2018 1:07 am

I've had my fill of coffee milk and Dell's Lemonade and Ocean State Job Lot. I've had enough of paranoid people who think everything's a scam, but they know a guy who can get you a deal. I'm sick of swerving around potholes that have been there longer than the road itself. Soon, I will no longer be a Rhode Islander.

There's just one burning question.

What do I call myself now?

Massachusettian?
Massachusite?
Massachusan?
Massachusese?
Massachusaner?
Massacre?
Such potential!

So what did you do? Move five miles down the road and cross an imaginary line somewhere? :lmao:

So you're still no more than ten minutes away from getting some coffee milk, in case you change your mind about the stuff?

I don't like burning bridges.

Don't really need to. Most of the bridges in Rhode Island are crumbing to bits anyway. :P

If you make it into Boston, look up a restaurant in Back Bay called 'American Joe's'. Best fucking clam chowder ever.

That was so good I had to tell people around me about it.
"If fighting is sure to result in victory, then you must fight! Sun Tzu said that, and I'd say he knows a little bit more about fighting than you do, pal, because he invented it, and then he perfected it so that no living man could best him in the ring of honor. Then, he used his fight money to buy two of every animal on earth, and then he herded them onto a boat, and then he beat the crap out of every single one. And from that day forward any time a bunch of animals are together in one place it's called a zoo! (Beat) Unless it's a farm!"

Fuckin' state is gonna get overrun by rising seas anyway. Might as well get out now.
