Calling for people to try to pluck a hair from Hillary's head was dumb dumb dumb.

I get that he's depressed about being put in the pokey as basically a political prisoner, since that's what he really is.

You know that fly in your house that taunts you all day by hovering just on the bounds of your reach? Man is it satisfying when it moves in just an inch too close and gets squished like the little Shkreli it is.
It's "pea-can", man.

I'm not salty. Quite the opposite as I'm not the one having his idol thrown in jail.

I'm amazed that Hillary didn't take him up on the offer. Even assuming she has just half the 150,000 average that's a cool $375 million. And that's a lot of money even by Clinton standards. Hell I bet Bill didn't know about it, or he'd have shaved her head himself.

Renewed legal troubles for the Smirk

In a significant blow to the fortunes of disgraced “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli a judge ruled Monday that he was responsible for nearly $10.5m in losses in a securities fraud scheme.

The decision could result in a harsher sentence for the eccentric former pharmaceutical company CEO who faces up to 20 years in prison.

The well was so poisoned, it was impossible to find a _competent_ jury who didn't have an unfavorable opinion of him to begin with.

He does kinda look like a snake. He'd make a great movie villain in the vein of Paul Reiser.
He's totally the kind of guy would would try to sneak an alien specimen back to Earth in your body so that he could get rich.

The Smirkening Continues

Martin Shkreli was ordered by a federal judge to forfeit almost $7.4 million, in a win for prosecutors who say the hedge-fund manager turned pharmaceutical executive cheated his investors.

Shkreli, who is in jail, will be sentenced March 9 on his conviction for defrauding investors in hedge funds he ran by lying to them about his track record and performance as well as a fraud scheme involving Retrophin Inc., a company he founded.

Seven years of bad luck

Martin Shkreli, the former drug firm executive found guilty of defrauding investors, has been sentenced to seven years in prison.

The 34-year-old wept at a hearing as a federal court judge in Brooklyn, New York, handed down the prison term.

Shkreli was convicted last year of sending fake account statements to investors while concealing huge losses from two hedge funds he ran.

. . .

"I've got my begging voice on," Shkreli's lawyer Benjamin Brafman told the judge on Friday, while acknowledging his client could be annoying.

"There are times when I want to hug him and hold him and comfort him and there are times when I want to punch him in the face," said Mr Brafman.

Goes to show that sometimes the System actually works, and justice was finally dealt.

And in seven years he'll still have more money than all of us put together.

Maybe so. But you can't put a price on all of the tears of his dipshit fans. Today is a good day for us, and therefore the world.
