Keeps stopping things from running. The fixes last an hour or two.

Can't find info on Google about such a file.

gdi32full.dll, yes...but no idea what's going on in your system.

The flash of light you saw in the sky was not a UFO. Swamp gas from a weather balloon was trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected the light from Venus.

Not clear if that's just a rant, nor what "fixes" you applied.

FWIW, no gdi32full.dll on my W10 laptop. (I suspect it's a variant of gdi32.dll, of which I have 4 versions in various system folders.)

If still stuck, head to https://www.sysnative.com/forums/ and ask there. They're very helpful.

I run this DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth then this sfc /scannow

sometimes the problem gets fixed, sometimes not. If I rerun in a day or two it might fix it but them it comes back.

Trying to run an installer is a no-go.

Looking at others with the problem, even system restore only gives temporary respite.

Scanned the machine with all the mal/spy/ware tools I can get my hands on ... nada.

I cannot fit the machine in my freezer so that is not an option, Rob.

He would know what it is.

It would be a "donotfuckingdeletethisyoufatfuck.plist" file.
