One of my friends has a very old French cookbook. There are interesting details/recipes like:
  • buy 1 kg of truffles…
  • how to prepare a bear cub

I'll be working in the café at a local charity which supports people with mental health issues: cheap and cheerful is the order of the day. They're hoping to make it a paying proposition and open to the public, provide takeaways etc. I've ironed my apron...
