Looks very similar to Gnuplot (which needs no install). What do you want to do?

Completely stupid. I wanted to make a surface lot of firearm background checks as provided by the FBI.

There are also lot of online tools where you just copy / paste your data from a spreadsheet or a PDF.

Have tried none of them. :|
