I was taught to “think outside the box”
The “box” is believing the person asking the Trolly problem has control over you, restricting your choices
To me, the real problem is letting people dictate what you are limited to do
This point is often reached very early on
Recognizing when and where to make a sideways move is an essential survival skill when surrounded by Assholes
