There's actually a simple explanation for why the "tic-tac" left the field of view so rapidly. The camera panned to the right. No need to posit crazy speeds.

What I can see is that whatever those lights are, they are too far away or too poorly focused to identify. I doubt that they are "otherworldly" in origin.

Turns out the Air Force does have a "secret space plane" called the X-37B that I was unaware of. I have no idea whether it is related to any recent UAP sightings. It looks like a small version of the Space Shuttle.
