UAP and SCIENCE!
Ever since the leaked Navy videos were confirmed as real, and now legislation is being put forth to protect whistleblowers who come forward, UFOs, I mean UAPs are almost OK to talk about.
Maybe.
I was with Monroe up until recently,

But with the staggering number of videos and high level professionals coming forward with credible testimony, I am once more researching these fuckers
Which is fascinating and fucked up at the same time.

Re: UAP and SCIENCE!
Such as?
Sure, in the literal sense there are UFOs. Stuff that's too far away or too poorly focused to identify. Hence, "unidentified".
Doesn't make it aliens.
The US Navy videos have basically all been explained away.
Science. :De_Bunk:

Expert explaining the technology, showing actual multi sensor images
The debunkers want you to think it’s a bird, a balloon, something mundane, because they “know” more than the pilots and people who run the equipment
They actually say the top Navy pilots and people who use the equipment are idiots (it’s a bird)
And of course ignore the reasons the Navy intercepted these objects
That part is hilarious

The plethora of home videos are of course populated with birds, insects, contrails, aircraft and balloons
But not all of the videos can be handwaved away

Some people confuse waving their hands and claiming something means they debunked it
It makes me laugh

Re: UAP and SCIENCE!
I just did it again.
Just like with psychic phenomena - if it isn't proven, then it does not have to be accepted.
It is possible? Sure. But until proven, I can wave my hands as energetically as Icarus with bad landing instructions.

Re: UAP and SCIENCE!
There's actually a simple explanation for why the "tic-tac" left the field of view so rapidly. The camera panned to the right. No need to posit crazy speeds.robinson wrote: ↑Fri Oct 21, 2022 5:36 pm

Yeah, who knows, right? Maybe there's a new top-secret spy plane. Although, we have satellites to do that function now. Not sure there's really any role for spy planes anymore. Too risky, and there's better technology anyway.
What I can see is that whatever those lights are, they are too far away or too poorly focused to identify. I doubt that they are "otherworldly" in origin.

Re: UAP and SCIENCE!
I have my own theories about these things and they make me feel very special. That no-one has come up with an explanation that explains these theories to my satisfaction alone more than indicates their validity.
I also have a Level 17 Ranger with +2 Bow of Accuracy and once met a girl.

Re: UAP and SCIENCE!
Waitaminute. With multiplicative bonuses (not including "fair wind" buff) I can actually deal 532% total damage if 2.00*(1.15^7) times crit damage.
So obviously it IS a +2 bow and clearly my mom CAN count.
Asshole.

Re: UAP and SCIENCE!
Turns out the Air Force does have a "secret space plane" called the X-37B that I was unaware of. I have no idea whether it is related to any recent UAP sightings. It looks like a small version of the Space Shuttle.Anaxagoras wrote: ↑Tue Oct 25, 2022 5:14 am Yeah, who knows, right? Maybe there's a new top-secret spy plane. Re: UAP and SCIENCE!
You know the government is taking something seriously when it creates a new department with a 3-letter acronym.
FBI
CIA
NSA
You also know when the conspiracy theorists are taking something seriously
when they describe an unexplained phenomenon with a 3-letter acronym.
UFO
MIB
MIA
But when the government abruptly replaces a well known 3-letter acronym (UFO), with a new 3-letter acronym (UAP) AND creates a new department to investigate......

.....now that's some mega serious shit.

Re: UAP and SCIENCE!
If that anonymous Navy dude hadn't leaked those videos, and especially the audio, and the radar videos, of them UFOs fucking with the Navy, nobody would be talking about UAPs
You wouldn't be hearing shit about any of this.
