I found his work from a good video on the history of Flat Earth theories. I mark it a bit down because it did not include fundamentalist religious support for that crackpot. Anyway, there is a connection to the same modern conspiracy theories.

Clearly these objects are the energy focal points of an advanced, and heretofore unknown, Energy Production Engine of the Northern Ayran population. This is indicated by the horizontal striations on the apical extremity of each example. Our evidence indicates that only Jews and Gypsies do not see this truth.
