We had a great night to see it here but I was on a train for most of it. I saw the beginning and the end of it, but not the total eclipse.
At the beginning I didn't even realize what was happening. But the moon looked funny. I thought it was a phase but something seemed unusual. Too crescent-shaped. Then I got on the train and heard about it from my daughter but there was no way to see the moon from where I was sitting.
