This is so satisfying. It took me about 3 minutes to find them all. I can think of some good ones that are missing too.

By the way, if you get a Special during a Run And Through in Crash, you get some random weird effect. The Red effect gets you out of a Stop. I don't quite understand the rest of the effects, but then, they happen very rarely.
